This PR completely refactors the Managing and Monitoring Queries page. Most importantly, it also adds information about the
system:vitals,system:sequences, andsystem:all_sequenceskeyspaces. I may change this page and the System Information page further as part of DOC-11228.Docs preview: Monitor System Vitals, Monitor Sequences, Monitor All Sequences
