Course id URL Inconsistency

The URL for extracting the course id is different in the README.rst and upload.py documentation.

On my end the url in upload.py returns a nearly empty document while README.rst seems to be the expected result.

As it turns out, either URL works. The courses.v1 API is used on our home page, and so it by default provides fewer fields (although you can ask for more) for performance reasons. The only field you really need (and it's included in both) is the id field.

ah, indeed, you are right. #62 should be the right fix.
