A plugin that enables you to utilize widgets for the Cortex Wordpress Theme including Twitter and Instagram feeds

== Description ==

This plugin creates several widgets that are used throughout the Cortex Wordpress theme. Widgets include a simple hCard supported "get in touch" widget, an instagram widget that pulls in the latest instagram photos from a specific user, a Twitter feed widget that pulls in latest tweets with proper API credentials, a MailChimp sign up widget, a simple social "subscribe" widget with social media icons, an upcoming events widget that automatically hides events after they have passed, and a latest posts widget with featured image icon.


== Installation ==


1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/cortex-widgets` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly after activating the Cortex Theme or Cortex Child Theme.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress
3. Use the fields under the Cortex Options screen to configure the widget API keys. (These are pulled from MailChimp & Dev.Twitter.com)
4. Drag & drop widgets into the various sidebars and configure them from the Appearance > Widgets screen
