User Flows

Buyer

1. Install Hive plugin: clawdhub install hive
2. Connect wallet: hive connect
3. Browse: hive browse or visit website
4. Purchase skill (SOL or $HIVE)
5. Install: hive install <skill-name>

Creator

1. Build a Clawdbot skill
2. List on Hive (set price, description)
3. Earn % of each sale
4. Track sales on dashboard

Holder

1. Hold $HIVE tokens
2. Platform fees distributed to holders
3. Governance rights (future)

Revenue Model

• Platform takes 5% of sales
• 95% goes to skill creator
• Platform fees split:
  • 2.5% → Treasury (operations)
  • 2.5% → $HIVE stakers (revenue share)

$HIVE Token

The native token of Hive. Stake to earn platform revenue.

• Revenue Share - Stakers earn 2.5% of all marketplace fees
• Reduced Fees - Hold $HIVE to unlock lower seller fees (5% → 1%)
• Governance - Vote on platform decisions
• Creator Status - Partner tier requires staking
