feat: Update Java SDK configuration and code formatting

• Modify pom.xml to allow Example to use local API package instead of Maven repository
• Update code formatting rules to remove "/ (C)2024 /" from file headers
• Remove all existing "/ (C)2024 /" comments from codebase
