Maybe Apple added a keyusage within their attestation. We need to try on int.

Since we can reproduce the issue on int, I'll deploy this PR to int and revert back if needed. |

Since the beginning of January we started to see "{"error":"x509: certificate specifies an incompatible key usage"}" error. Since the end of January we have a lot of this issue. Maybe Apple added a keyusage within their attestation.
