Smoke test of OIDC trusted-publisher chain. No source changes from v0.1.0; only validates the GH-Actions → npm OIDC handshake end-to-end.

If you're a real consumer reading this: there's no reason to bump from 0.1.0 to 0.1.1 — they're identical.
