Remove Visual Studio 2010 & Atmel Studio Support #55
Description
Version 13.0 will be the Final Version to support Visual Studio 2010.
I'm also dropping support for Atmel Studio. It was added only by request as it was a one line change. Part of this ticket significantly changes that file. I also don't think it supported the latest version anyway. There's too many hoops to jump through to download Atmel Studio to test it out and I'm just not interested in doing any of that.
