[ENH] use information in participants.tsv to look up where to which group participants belong to

BIDS allows to have `sub-01` and `sub-02` that belong to different groups if indicated as such in the `participants.tsv`.

Currently, the pipeline would not be able to distinguish them because it currently filters group from the subject label (i.e `sub-ctrl01` and `sub-blind02`).
