This is just for correctly reading and writing it within the GUI. This unbreaks the library editor after landing #4691. I also added a unit tests for this to make sure it does not happen again in the future. I also added these tests to CTest.
There is no support for editing this in the GUI yet. But that is lacking for several others as well and is tracked in https://trac.cppcheck.net/ticket/10688.
