This patch adds the file slug_map.json, which is generated by a script not checked in, under the migrate subdirectory. This file contains a mapping from cppreference slugs to CppDoc slugs.

This patch adds the file
slug_map.json, which is generated by a script not checked in, under the migrate subdirectory. This file contains a mapping from cppreference slugs to CppDoc slugs.A few entries in the slug map file has a
nullCppDoc slug. This is by design and these cppreference pages are intended to be migrated by hand. The CppDoc slugs of these pages will be determined when they are migrated in the future.
