Master hasn't been yet maintained for a very long time since i tried to move away from read/write but more precise methods, that require refactories. Unfortunately, the progress is too slow. Put some code from next to master
I hate msvc. Why does microsoft not give it up and move to clang instead just like they did to chromium for edge?

it looks like apple platform does something what glibc does. i am not sure whether freebsd has the same issue, but android does not
