Release 4.1.3 aligns the WordPress.org media set and release packaging with the current admin feature set.

Highlights:

  • generated a clean install ZIP for manual testing and distribution
  • completed a final submission-readiness pass with no new blocking issues beyond the screenshot/doc alignment that is now fixed
