Download stops a few seconds after resuming

Version 2.42.0, if download isn't interrupted it can finish in one go, but once interrupted (either by pressing stop or if the process is put to sleep or disconnected from internet temporarily etc) it will always stop a few seconds after hitting resume. It stops more quickly if download threads is set lower. I can tell it's doing something before it stops on its own, because there is a lot of download bandwidth being used. Suspiciously similar to #532, even though it should have been fixed? Does anyone else have this problem?

@amenoko does it completely stops and never finishes for you?

For me it sporadically downloads new pieces. And eventually finishes. Taking more time than the actual duration of the video. Even though I can watch the video on the same quality on 2.75x speed.

So somehow it throttles or something.
