App language randomly changes

My system language is set to English but I live in Germany. The app randomly switches between English and German regardless of the in-app and Android settings (System default / English / German).

• Device: Google Pixel 8 Pro
• Android Version: Android 15
• App Version: 2.42.0 (from F-Droid)
