[Feature Request] User mentions, message highlights

Good afternoon, I would like to see a couple of functions in the application, namely:

1. Highlight messages that contain certain words, or if the message was sent by a certain person from the list, use a custom palette as a highlight so that you can customize each person or word has its own color.
2. Ability to create local custom nicknames for users
