[5.x]: CKEditor weird behaviour with links inside of lists

What happened?

Description

Links are behaviouring weirdly in CKEditor, running the latest Craft CMS - 5.9.20

The links are not setting correctly, selected text is losing it's selection and server errors occurring. Sometimes setting a link further down just resets the first link in the list.

Another thing is sometimes not being able to click an asset at all unless closing and reopening the asset picker.

This sounds like it could be the same issue as: #558 (fix is already PR-ed)

and this sounds like potentially this issue: #556 (fix is also already PR-ed)

I’m not able to reproduce this on a version that has both of the fixes mentioned above in place.

I’m not sure what you mean by this. Can you please clarify?

Sorry just to clarify, does 'PR-ed' mean it's about to go into a new release but it's not available yet?

Correct. Pull requests have been created and are awaiting review, merge and release.

@i-just Okay thanks for confirming. I'll keep checking for updates/changelogs but as the project is going live in the next few days I may have to re-work it in the meantime.
