Potential issue with switching sites

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but if I am viewing Singles in the context of Site A, I click into the homepage single then switch to Site B then press the save button, I am redirected back to the list of singles, as expected. However, the current site context has reverted back to Site A even though I made a conscious decision to switch to Site B while I was in the homepage single.

Is this desired functionality or is this a bug?

I noticed this as well:

• Go to CP -> Entries on Site A
• Open an entry in Site A
• In the entry edit form, switch sites to Site B
• Edit the entry in Site B context and save the entry.
• Note user is redirected back to the Entries listing page of Site A

It seems that on full save and redirect back to the entries page, whatever site you opened the entry, is the site you are redirected back to after saving the entry, regardless of the site you were on when you saved the entry.

Tested in versions:
CraftCMS: 5.10.5
CraftCMS: 5.10.3

Testing in CraftCMS v4.17.8 — After saving entry, admin is redirected back to the same language they were editing.
