Make it easier to revert to ordered/structured display mode in Matrix field indexes

In a Matrix field using the "Index" view mode, authors are struggling to get back to the initial, ordered entry list (e.g. to re-order entries), after sorting on a column.

Unlike structure section entry indexes, the UI for Matrix entry indexes has no dedicated display mode button for the ordered/structured list. To revert back to the ordered list, authors need to remember to open the "View" disclosure menu, and either

• Click the "Use defaults" button (which will also reset any selected columns, which may not be what the author wants)

• Change the Sort by dropdown to "Custom" (feels a bit hidden, especially since the "Custom" label is not very descriptive)

It would be great if it was possible to make getting back to the ordered view more intuitive – IMO, the ideal solution is to add a dedicated "Display in an ordered list" display mode button, similar to the one in the structure section indexes.
