CSS background-position for custom login logo

Add background-position: center top; style to #login-form.has-logo. This will center a custom logo, which will match the Craft logo better. I think this should only be done for custom logos - I think it'd be fine to leave the site name left aligned.

I must agree, at first I even thought this was a bug, haha.

My current solution is to drop the logo into Photoshop, set the canvas width to 300 pixels, center, save and upload it to our Craft CMS installation.
