[5.4.4]: Link field URL breaks words

What happened?

Description

The link field breaks URL words prematurely.

Steps to reproduce

1. In a link field, select URL
2. Add a custom URL

Expected behavior

Words should only break if it can't fit within the input area.

Actual behavior

Words are breaking prematurely due to how the chip is sized/styled with CSS.
