[4.x]: Copy/paste erased all data from the draft entry

What happened?

Description

Hi, my team recently encountered a bug on drafts where copy/pasting a block erased all the other blocks in the entry. There was a lot of the data lost and because it was a draft, we couldn't go back to the previous revisions.
I tested the same functionality in other drafts and environments and couldn't reproduce the bug, so I am not sure why it happened.

Steps to reproduce

There is no way to reproduce this issue.

Expected behavior

The copied block gets pasted at the end of the draft entry.
In addition, I wonder if it would be possible to add a feature to have revisions for drafts, and not only the main version.

All the blocks got deleted

Sorry that happened to your team. Craft didn’t get native copy/paste support for Matrix fields, etc., until version 5.7.0, so you must be using a plugin to provide that functionality in Craft 4?

A similar ticket was just reported for Craft 4 + Neo (#17786). Guessing that a recent Neo update may be the culprit.
