[5.x]: Duplicating an entry from the listing still sets it straight to live

What happened?

Description

I noticed when you select "Save as a new entry" from within the entry edit screen that it now starts as an unpublished draft (as per #10244). The same behaviour should happen when on an entries listing and use the settings cog to duplicate an entry - see video reproduction here: https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/85ae9e84-3000-4b87-8708-a7080eeefec8

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to entries list
2. Click the settings cog
3. Click duplicate

Expected behavior

Creates new entry as an unpublished draft

Actual behavior

Creates new entry as a published live entry
