Allow percentage sales to be rounded other than to two decimals

Hi,

In the Actions Tab of promotions -> sales you note that "Percentages are rounded to 2 decimal places."

It would be very nice if there was a setting to round it e.g. to 5 cents.
In many countries 1 cent coins don't exist.
