[5.x]: PDF Link Duration doesn't save

What happened?

Description

When saving a PDF, the Link Duration is always set to 86400.

This looks to be due to the install migration not adding the column.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a PDF
2. Set the Link Duration to anything other than the default
3. Save and review the PDF

Expected behavior

Link Duration is set properly

Actual behavior

Link Duration reverts to 86400

Additional Info

Same behaviour exists in Commerce 4.11.0
