Can partially import, but neither pages nor blog posts

Hello, I'm trying to import a wordpress website and everything seems to work but no blog posts and pages are really imported. No errors are displayed in the shell

And right after importing (media, categories and tags are imported [no comments are present in the source]):

To reproduce the problem I guess I could give you a db dump from the source.

• Craft version: 5.8.5 (the version installed by this repo)
• PHP version: 8.2
• Database driver & version: MySQL 8.0
• Plugins & versions: Comments and CKEditor (the versions installed by this repo)

Any idea? ... maybe this is not the right place where to ask, but since I started from this very repo... plus, an addition, I noticed I had to switch the orginal WP language to eng (from ita) because I was experiencing other issues (this was taken in consideration on the opening comment of the issue).
