Track jailEvaluatedCount and jailDenyCount in FilterInteractor,
propagate through PipelineMetricsSnapshot over XPC, log them with
the existing per-second metrics timer, and render as 'Jail events'
and 'Jail denies' series in MetricsView. Also renames 'Hot path' →
'Simple events' and 'Slow path' → 'Ancestry events' for clarity.
