Summary

Evaluate and prioritize a sticker/meme-focused backlog for OpenCode Remote, turning the most promising ideas into follow-up tasks after maintainer review.

Context

Sticker support and the meme runtime are already shipped. This ticket captures optional delight improvements to consider later, with stickers and memes as the priority area.

Candidate ideas:

• Improve meme template placement for popular Imgflip templates.
• Refresh saved sticker catalogs for full saved packs.
• Improve saved sticker matching for mood and description requests.
• Turn Telegram photos and stickers into meme templates.
• Add generated GIF and reaction media delivery.

Existing related issues include #36 for generated images/GIF evaluation and #45 for generated media file-size caps. Any future work should preserve Telegram adapter boundaries, keep generated media privacy-safe, and avoid duplicating shipped sticker support from #20 or meme runtime work from #43.

Acceptance Criteria

• Review the candidate improvements and decide which should become separate scoped issues.
• Link or merge selected ideas into existing media issues where appropriate.
• Defer or reject ideas that conflict with privacy, adapter boundaries, or default test constraints.
