Difference from previous SBEMU:
- No HDPMI/JEMM dependency.
- Better compatibility.
- Support 16 bit DPMI clients (jazz / tyrian etc.)
Features in previous build also present in this build, e.g. /VMPU with sound fonts.
What is VDPMI
VDPMI was originally a DPMI server with virtualization (virtual device drivers: keyboard, virtual PIC etc.) and
now also with a V86 monitor (EMM). For more details, read the VDPMI.TXT in the zip package.
