Update lxml to version 5.3.0

Hi!

Thank you very much for your package! It has a very nice functionality.
I wanted to ask though, whether it would be possible to update the requirements to include

lxml = "5.3.0"?

I don't have to the tooling sadly to check if all tests pass, but at least with my XSD and XML files and a Python SQLITE database it worked very well.

The problem was, that there were no wheels for lxml 5.1.0, and I don't have a C++ compiler on my Windows machine, so I had to install xml2pd without dependencies and install lxml 5.3.0 separately to get it running.

Thanks for your feedback.
I think we can do some tests and then unpin dependencies versions; I realize it is not ideal for enhanced compatibility.
