Thirteen cr8-*.md strategy docs partially contradict each other on the same questions. Everything downstream is blocked until each row is single-valued.

The 7 contradictions

Action

• Pick one answer per row. Delete the other two.
• Write cr8-canonical.md with the resolutions + dates + rationale.
• Move every other cr8-*.md to cr8-archive/ so nothing silently re-drifts.

Acceptance

• cr8-canonical.md answers all 7 rows.
• cr8-archive/ exists and holds the 12 other docs.
• README + docs site link to canonical.
