Description

Overall, orienting this project to follow WordPress conventions, such as:

• using Gutenberg editor
• using Theme Customizer for custom theme settings

Also, simplifying the project by

• removing Queulat
  • felipelavinz/queulat: Development toolkit for WordPress (CC fork with releases/versioning: creativecommons/queulat)
• removing unnecessary Composer dependency
• cleaning up development container

• use new theme settings throughout templates
• clean up any unnecessary code
