[Feature] Remove Global Summit from the Explore CC Menu

Problem

The Explore CC menu still includes the Global Summit option, even though the Global Summit site has been removed. This might create confusion for users.

Description

The Global Summit option should be removed from the Explore CC menu to reflect the updated menu.
