wiki: Focused-4 refresh — v0.5.34 Evaluation Roadmap v1.0
Phase 90 "Adoption First" alignment. Brings the public wiki back from
April 17 (v0.5.14) to current state (May 15 / v0.5.34) on the 4 highest-
navigation-impact pages.
Home.md:
- Version badge v0.5.14 -> v0.5.34
- Add Evaluation Roadmap + 13-tools-free badges
- Quick Navigation now points to all 3 /research pages (paradox,
evaluation-roadmap, cowork) as primary entries
- What's New section rewritten for v0.5.34 (was MPAC article / library)
- Removed "$9/month" / "3 months free Beta access" pricing language;
Beta now framed as M2 dataset contribution per Decision #4
- MCP Tools section: 10 -> 13 free forever, Coordination Tools added
Roadmap.md:
- Current: v0.5.14 -> v0.5.34
- New "Evaluation Roadmap v1.0" header section with full M0-M9 table,
pre-registered thresholds, link to live page + canonical markdown
- Next: replaced "Pioneer $9/month Coordination Layer Phase 1" with
"Evaluation Roadmap M0 + M1 (credibility milestone, NOT commercial)"
- Removed stale v0.5.6-v0.5.9 commercialization-pilot table
- Added recent v0.5.x releases (v0.5.28 Tools Free, v0.5.31-33)
Publications.md:
- Added Evaluation Roadmap v1.0 as top Published Work
- Added Validation Paradox as Published Work
- Research Articles section now lists all 3 /research pages (paradox,
evaluation-roadmap, cowork) at top of table
- Removed Pioneer $9/month framing from Research Reports
_Sidebar.md:
- Added new "Research" section with 4 links (paradox, evaluation-roadmap,
cowork, library) — visitors now reach all 3 published research pages
in one click from any wiki page
What was NOT touched (queued for follow-up pass):
- AI-Council.md, MCP-Tools-Reference.md, BYOK-Guide.md, Installation.md,
Genesis-Methodology.md, Metrics-Dashboard.md, Early-Adopter-Program.md
These pages are stale but not actively misleading on the navigation
contradiction the Focused-4 was meant to resolve.
