Welcome to the RAW75 discussions. I started this project because I wanted a RAW photo editor that is fast, responsive, and gets out of the way. Moving a slider shouldn't feel like a pause, and you
shouldn't have to wait on the UI when editing.

I’d love to hear your thoughts, workflows, and ideas for where RAW75 should go.

What kind of ideas are welcome?

• Workflow & UI/UX: Sliders, panels, shortcuts, interactions, and layout refinements that make editing smoother or faster.
• Core RAW tools: Color grading, tone curves, exposure tools, lens corrections, and camera support via LibRaw.
• Performance: Pain points with responsiveness, GPU pipeline suggestions, or export bottlenecks.
• Platform-specific feedback: Linux and Windows quirks, display scaling, color management.

⚠️ A firm note on Generative AI

Photographs are unique in time and place because they are real.

Please do not propose features for:

• Generative AI / inpainting / outpainting
• AI image generation or style synthesis
• Replacing skies, adding fake backgrounds, or generative face swaps

Traditional machine learning for utilitarian tasks (like smart edge detection for masking or localized noise reduction) will be considered down the road, but RAW75 will never generate or
artificially fabricate content in your photos.
