recent changes to RAGtool expose API secrets in logs

Hello,
Thank you for this great library. I was just trying to update to the recent version, and it has broken my configuration of the tools in various places related to changes in the configuration parameters. I fixed this all on my side, but there is sth that will block me from deploying this upgraded version.

Due to the prints in the code, our API keys will be ending up in our logfiles. Could you please remove prints from the library? E.g. by replacing them with loggers, and ensuring that secrets are never logged?
