docs: Add Build with AI to Get Started nav (top position)

Adds the Build with AI page to the top of the Get Started section in the docs nav, across all 11 language versions.

This makes it the first thing people see when they open the docs — right above Introduction.

Follow-up to #5558 (merged).

Overview
Adds a new Build with AI guide page for additional locales (ar, ko, pt-BR) with instructions for using CrewAI via coding agents, llms.txt, and AMP deployment/enterprise features.

Updates docs/docs.json to insert guides/coding-tools/build-with-ai at the top of the Get Started section across all language nav configurations (so it appears immediately after introduction).
