FinishLynx Start not updating

When using FinishLynx starts, the start time is not updated in CrewTimer if the start needs to be repeated.

i.e. Time of 10:40:11.524 is sent, and recalled (start row hidden), a new start does not create a new entry OR update the entry.

FL Connect shows the updated time in log, but site does not reflect this time.

This seems to be caused by the SequenceNum property not being incremented on successive Start updates. The update is rejected by the server as 'old' or 'duplicate' message.

Several issues really:

1. The server rejection is not noted as an error in the Status panel.
2. The sequence number is not incremented.
3. The server tags the update as 'mobile'. It would be helpful if it logged it as coming from fl-connect.

Instead of incrementing by 1, it should probably increment by 10 in case the web interface also made a change and bumped the sequence number.
