• How to have the same repo for documentation and for the app? Just do a document for all documentations
• We are waiting for our Stakeholder to approve the Software Architecture Proposal
• Stakeholder signed liability documents
• Do we take free Jenkins? Will stakeholder pay for it?
• Need to mitigate the risks (Data inaccuracy, interoperability issues, browser compatibility, Big Data Handling, User Adoption).
• What should we do now that this project is not part of the government funding? Risks are now not the same for User Adoption, it's more strictly research.
• Because of no funding: Our target user and requirements change. (Talk to Rigby about that)
• We Should receive draft Work Package from Stakeholder by Monday (Sept. May 30th). After that we should Focus on Documentation.
• For each issue, plan is that:

1. • ScrumMaster (Sam) uploads issues with user story descriptions and with Story Points, Priority, Risk, Child of., &
2. • The one which is assigned the issue has to properly document the rest of the issue according to the the Teacher's given example.
