Postmortem: Iteration 2

Overview

In this iteration, our team worked on setting up the foundational elements of the project, including basic infrastructure, initial project documentation, and planning the system architecture. We encountered some delays in progress due to awaiting stakeholder feedback on key aspects of the project.

Key Accomplishments

• Established the initial project structure and documentation.
• Defined, updated, and finalized the system architecture and tech stack proposal.
• Received updated UI requirements from the stakeholder.

Challenges

• Stakeholder Approval: We had to wait for confirmation and more details on the project requirements, which slowed down the initial progress.
• Slow Pace: Progress has been slower than expected, but we expect to move faster once development begins.

Next Steps

• Begin creating UI mockups based on updated requirements.
• Improve internal coordination to keep moving forward in parallel while awaiting further feedback.
