tiuque: visualizer for the cleap library

(1) Minimum Hardware requirements:

• A CUDA capable GPU
• 2GB of RAM
• Nvidia GPU

(2) Software requirements:

• gcc and g++
• cleap library (http://github.com/crinavar/cleap)
• gtkmm-2.4 glibmm-2.4 gtkglextmm-1.2
• GLEW
• Nvidia CUDA
• Graphics driver with OpenGL support

(3) Check Makefile and CUDA instalation.

Make sure the bin, inc and lib paths to the corresponding ones.

(4) compilation (edit Makefile if necessary)

• make clean
• make
