Add Chinese Simplified i18n

Fixes

No fixes but some fix is needed since some strings are missing from strings.xml so I cant make changes

How Has This Been Tested?

Compiled under JDK 17 and tested on Redmi Note 12 Turbo, show as screenshots below.

Wait a min... I noticed that Android Studio doesn't show all content of the original strings.xml in Translations Editor so I will manually translate remaining strings and commit.
