Re-link your GitHub Enterprise account to Crodox or update your account permissions.
You may need to re-link your GitHub account to:
- Connect a different GitHub Enterprise account
- Update permissions for repository access
- Fix authentication issues
- Grant Crodox access to new repositories

- Go to Settings
- Find the GitHub Account section
- Click Re-link GitHub
You will be redirected to your GitHub Enterprise instance to authorize the Crodox app.
- Review the permissions requested by the Crodox app
- Select which repositories Crodox should have access to
- Click Authorize to grant access
After authorization, you will be redirected back to Crodox. Your GitHub account is now re-linked.
To update which repositories Crodox can access:
- Go to Settings
- Click Manage Repository Access
- Update your selections in GitHub Enterprise
- Return to Crodox
Your changes take effect immediately.
