This pull request addresses issue #2 for the main branch. I have fixed a bug in the pathway printing, where the edge colour is not printed correctly when it is greater than triple. I have also extended the allowed edge colours so that if the edge colour is above 4, the pathway printing switches to an integer instead. Future work could scrap single, double, and triple and instead keep the integers and leave it to the user to encode the values. This would be the most graph-theoretic approach and align with the input graph. Please also note that no test covered issue #2. Please let me know if there is a problem, and I can address it.
