Missing appendFile

Hello. The README suggests there should be an `appendFile` export in [`@cross/fs/io`](https://github.com/cross-org/fs/blob/main/src/io/mod.ts), but there is no such function. This should probably be re-exported from `node:fs` or removed from the docs. Thanks.
