When we resolve #7, we will be able to inject cross-resource references using the available provider metadata. We can further generate test manifests which include the target resource and all of its dependencies given in the Terraform registry. We can then annotate the target resource (the main resource to be tested) to differentiate it from its dependencies if needed, so that the test runner tool knows what to assert.
