[Bug] Gift Count Filter Applies to the Wrong Event

Current Behavior

Gift Count filter previously was available for the twitch:community-subs-gifted event, but was mistakenly hooked into the twitch:subs-gifted event by #2914.

Expected Behavior

Community Subs Gifted allows filtering by the quantity of gift subs.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open v5.64+
2. Add a Community Subs Gifted event.
