Update the BTTV and FFZ emote providers to provide emote URLs at the highest available resolution
Additional context
Currently, Twitch and 7TV fetch at their largest possible sizes. I noticed that BTTV and FFZ emotes are smaller in my overlay because I use them with max-height & max-width because some emotes have a wide aspect ratio and I don't want to force an arbitrary aspect ratio.
