It'd be great to build a "shoutout" effect. This would just basically be a popup that shows some specific information. For example, username, avatar, channel url. This effect could be used in our new events stuff as well. Ex: when someone follows show a popup with user defined fields on it.
I'm picturing a list of checkboxes of various info. Avatar, channel url, level, etc.. that you just select and they will show up in the popup. This effect should also allow you to upload your own image to be used as a background or to sit beside the box.
