finding relative files isn't reliable across many operating systems and package managers combinations, cookiecutter supports injecting the context directly instead which works on all platforms/package manager combinations Changes: - pass extra context to the cookiecutter command - remove the config file cookiecutter.yaml Reference: https://cookiecutter.readthedocs.io/en/stable/advanced/injecting_context.html Ticket: PLAT-14487
